What areas do you serve?
My home base is Salisbury. With a service area of 40 miles included. Outside those areas, standard travel fees apply. I have worked as far as VA, TN, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach. If you have properties you would like me to quote travel rates for, please send an email.
What do I have to do to prepare for my shoot?
For the best results, check out Pre-Shoot checklist but always feel free to ask any questions.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Check out our Order Form. You can choose your services as well as your appointment time.
How much notice do you need to schedule my shoot?
Normally, there are appointments available 2-3 days out but I do have last minute cancellations. Feel free to call or text if you need something immediately.
What happens if it rains or if there is a need to reschedule the appointment?
Weather happens and I am more than happy to work with you. of course, there are other things that might require a postponement and if I am not already on the way to your location, there is no additional fee. If I am already on property, then I charge a travel fee only.
How long will the appointment take?
Appointments are dependant upon the number of services requested and upon the size of a house. Standard homes with photos and Matterport services take approximately 90 minutes.
Does someone have to be at the property during the appointment?
The homeowner, the agent or a proxy can be present or I can take care of the shoot solo. As long as I can gain entry, the shoot can proceed.
Does a home have to furnished?
Not at all. While furnished properties do show better, there is no problem showing empty properties. However, we offer Virtual Staging Services if you so desire.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time on photos is 24 hours. Virtual staging can take up to 48 hours. Headshots can take up to 5 days if you would like a little photoshop done.
Who owns the photos?
Traci Arney Photography, LLC owns the copyright to all images but you will have a limited copyright release allowing you to use them in the normal course of business. If you need to use images for advertising purposes such as print media or large scale media, additional copyright purchase must be made through Traci Arney Photography, LLC. Can I make special requests?
Of course, I am your photographer. Just please let me know which features you would like me to focus on and I will take care of it for you.
How do photos get delivered?
You will receive an email as well as a text message with a link to your download site. Everything you have ordered will be delivered through this link.
